Returns Logistics Floater

The Returns Logistic Floater will handle all duties pertaining to the needs of Returns department, including but not limited to being the designated backup / coverage for the logistics coordinator, quality inspectors, delivery of packages to various departments and other related tasks and responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions

• Log all incoming returned packages / RMA’s

• Communicate with customer service about the returned orders / packages / product

• Maintain accuracy of the department Return(s) spreadsheet and database

• Ensure that customer service requests are dispatched / scheduled for team members (inspections, reships, transfers, donate and dispose in a timely manner)

• Handle all customer service requests timely (multi-destination reships, take pictures and whatever is needed to move product to its next destination)

• Offloading, handling, processing of individual packages

• Inspect Returns as needed.

• Deliver packages as needed.

• Perform shipping duties as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask.

• High School Diploma or higher

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

• Ability to work overtime – based on business needs.

• Assigned additional tasks as needed
