Collect on past due balances and bring in maximum amount of revenue.
Create and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Soft collections and hard collections, depending on customer, and having the ability to make critical decisions. Need 5 years of experience and above average interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
5 years of experience in Business to Business collections (B2B).
