Picker/Packer

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and teamwork to meet production goals.

Duties

• Pack finished products into appropriate containers for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Inspect products for defects or damages before packing to maintain high-quality output.
• Label packages correctly according to company guidelines and customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Report any issues or discrepancies in product quality or packaging to supervisors promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling materials and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in packing or manufacturing environments is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good physical stamina; ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages as needed.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring products accurately.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.

Position Requires

• English speaking and or Bi-lingual
• Ability to use hands with good dexterity.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 or more hours per day
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing 35-45 pounds
• Good attitude and able to work with others as a team.
