Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, and providing sales support. They will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns, supporting the sales team, and enhancing our online presence. This role is based out of the Tampa / St. Petersburg Area.
Responsibilities
· Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
· Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive content optimization.
· Create and manage social media ad campaigns, including budget tracking and performance reporting.
· Create and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
· Provide ongoing support to the sales team with customer-facing content, promotional materials, and lead-nurturing strategies.
· Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, including social media engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
· Coordinate logistics for webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events.
Job Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
· 3 to 4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media management, content creation, and sales support.
· Graphic design experience in Adobe InDesign, Canva or other programs for digital and social media campaigns.
· Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and reporting analytics.
· Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing software, and basic graphic design skills
· Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
