General Factory Worker

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Factory Worker. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to maintaining safety and productivity.

Duties

• General factory work
• Assembly of mattresses and other bedding products
• Measuring and cutting fabrics, foams, other materials into specific sizes
• Material handling from one station to another
• Loading/unloading supplies and finished product onto delivery trucks
• Light sewing machine operation (trained)
• Other similar and related duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic mechanical skills are advantageous for operating machinery.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
• Physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
