Fiberglass Machine Operator

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Fiberglass Machine Operator to join our growing Manufacturing team. $15.50/hr WEEKLY PAY! START IMMEDIATELY!

No Machine Operating Experience required, but we prefer someone who is experienced with Fiberglass.

Responsibilities would include:

The overall objective of this position is to cut class and operate pallet jacks and forklift machinery as well as to make boxes, put correct parts in box, place glass in box, seal box, palletize and take them to shipping for order pullers.

• Increase production by:
• Cutting and packaging glass parts and PVC parts.
• Efficiently running the fiberglass cutting machine
• Safely operating pallet jacks, forklift machinery, and hand cutting fiberglass with patterns
• Setting up pallets and gaylords
• Foster interdepartmental communication and collaborations with other employees
• Maintaining inventory of component stock lines
• Other duties and assignments as required

Qualifications Education/Certifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Forklift license preferred

Physical Requirement:

Must have ability to lift and carry up to 30-50 lbs (die cutter blade).

Employee must be able to sit, climb or balance, hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, walk, talk, and reach with hands and arms.
