Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize computerized systems to document and track customer interactions
- Provide excellent client services by listening attentively, responding promptly, and resolving customer complaints
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
- Identify and escalate any issues that may impact customer satisfaction or the company's reputation
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve customer service skills
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computerized systems and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong typing skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
- Experience in sales or sales support is an asset
