Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize computerized systems to document and track customer interactions
  • Provide excellent client services by listening attentively, responding promptly, and resolving customer complaints
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
  • Identify and escalate any issues that may impact customer satisfaction or the company's reputation
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve customer service skills

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computerized systems and the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong typing skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
  • Experience in sales or sales support is an asset
