Returns Logistics

Work closely with internal departments to ensure returns are being handled in a timely manner. Physical work retrieving boxes from delivery trucks.

Entering orders, Emailing CSR and processing inspections, reship, transfers and other requirements as needed.

able to lift 5-30 lbs

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Ability to work OT and have strong team work mentality.
