Cable Assembler

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision and efficiency. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively on an assembly line while adhering to safety protocols.

Duties

• Assemble products using hand tools and power tools according to specifications and blueprints.
• Fabricate components as needed, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the assembly process.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely within the factory environment.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in training new employees on assembly techniques and safety practices.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential for this role.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is required to understand assembly processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Familiarity with assembly line operations is a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is desirable but not mandatory.

Position Requires

• English speaking and or Bi-lingual
• Ability to use hands with good dexterity.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 or more hours per day
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing 35-45 pounds
• Ability to use hand tools and various crimp machines
• Good attitude and able to work with others as a team
